Certain CTC Weight Distributing Shanks Sold By Hyline International As Part Of A Trailer Hitch Kit. Due To A Bad Weld, The Weight Distribution Shank Can Fail And Cause The Trailer Being Towed To Become Unhitched Or Unstable.
