Vehicle recall defect – Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company (Hsm) Is Recalling Certain CE White Convertible School Bus Seats, Qs11 Series. These Seats Were Manufactured With Integral D-Ring Mounting Studs That May Have Inadequate Padding Between The Occupant And The D-Ring Mounting Stud.
