Vehicle recall defect – The Possibility Exists That Under High Ambient/Underhood Temperatures, A Chemical Action May Take Place Between Any Water Content In The Brake Fluid And The Brake Spring In The Master Cylinder Secondary Piston Chamber. As A Result Of This Chemical Action, A Gas Develops (Hydrogen) Which Displaces The Brake Fluid Causing A Progressive Increase In Brake Master Cylinder Piston Travel With Subsequent Decrease In The Efficiency Of The Rear Braking System.

Vehicle recall defect – At Port Of Entry, A Quality Overcheck Of The Differential Pinion Shaft Torque Was Performed. This Check Required The Removal Of The Driveshafts. When The Driveshafts Were Reinstalled, The Wrong Sized Nuts Were Used.
