Vehicle recall defect – Equipment Description: Replacement And ReproduCTIon Jacks For The Restoration And Maintenance Of Vintage British Cars. The Inner Threaded Shaft Is Swaged (Mushroomed Out By A Drop Punch) Which Limits The Travel Of The Shaft In Its Threads And Housing. On Some Jacks, Insufficient Fource Was Used To Swage The Shaft End Allowing The Shaft To Completely Unscrew From The Housing.
