The Affected Stop Arms Have A RefleCTIve Decal That May Peel Loose From The Stop Arm. As Such, These Stop Arms Fail To Comply With The Requirements Of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (Fmvss) Number 131, “School Bus Pedestrian Safety Devices.”
