On Some Of These Vehicles, The Front Brake Inner Or Outer Pad May Be Missing. <\/p><h2 class=\"has-Medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Make Of Vehicle<\/h2><p>CHEVROLET<\/p><h2 class=\"has-Medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Model Of Vehicle<\/h2><p>SONIC<\/p><h2 class=\"has-Medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Year<\/h2><p>2012<\/p><h2 class=\"has-Medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Recall Campaign Number<\/h2><p>11V599000<\/p><h2 class=\"has-Medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Component Description<\/h2><p>Service Brakes, Hydraulic:Foundation Components:Disc:Pads <\/p><h2 class=\"has-Medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Effect Of Defect<\/h2><p>A Missing Pad Could Result In Reduced Brake System Performance, Increasing The Risk Of A Crash.<\/p><h2 class=\"has-Medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Fix Defect<\/h2><p>GM Will Notify Owners, And Dealers Will Inspect The Front Brakes For A Missing Inner Or Outer Pad.  If A Brake Pad Is Missing, Dealers Will Install New Inner And Outer Pads, A New Brake Caliper, And A New Rotor. This Service Will Be Performed Free Of Charge.
