Is Recalling Certain Model Year 2002-2009 Ah75\/85\/100 And Hl125 Aerial Device Vehicles Equipped With 16-Foot Radial Outriggers.  An Improper Torque Was Applied To The Outrigger Cylinder Piston Retention System During Assembly.
