Electro lock, inc. Represented by mr. Fred greenberg, esq. Of moses & greenberg, petitioned the agency to commence a proceeding to determin whether the relay units (anti-theft device) manufactured by dynamic electronics manufacturing contain a safety-related defect.specifically, the petitioner alleged that there have been six reported car fires already involving the relay units.
