What NHTSA investigated
Cfas petitioned the agency to conduct a defect investigation on windshield wiper failure on 1989 and later chrysler models which should include, but not limited to spirit/acclaim: dynasty/new yorker/landau; lance/lebaron; shadow/sundance; caravan/voyager.however, based on odi's complaint records, only certain minivans will be investigated
