Hasbeen contacted and provided no additional failures or analysis.analysis of complaints:tire blowouts and tread separations started inearly 1987 and are continuing.one tire mounted on the steering axleblew out resulting in a concussion to the operator and a property damageaccident.other crane operators in the state of california haveexperienced tire failures(general tires) resulting in loss of vehiclecontrol and property damage accidents.these failures occurred while thevehicle was in transit over the highway.proposed action: send an ir to the manufacturer by 12/22/87===
