Several turn signal assembly modification have been identified during the course of the service query investigation.the subject switches are sold to 5 truck oem's.during the course of the sq, several failure modes were identified that would render the turn signal inoperative.these turn signal assemblies are used on class 6, 7, and 8 heavy duty trucks and tractor trailer type vehicles.
