What NHTSA investigated
Thirteen incidents of axle failure have now been identified.eight of these failures have occurred in the last six months - 4/03 to 8/03.RECENT information indicates that there may be manufacturing problems with the axle spindles.during the ea investigation axles will be obtained and examined and tested as appropriate.
