Tested a few subject scissorsjacks and concluded that they were unsatisfactory in construction quality,performance characteristics and labelling per federal SPECIFICATIONGGG-J-51E.ANALYSIS: the small light saddle and base of the scissors jacks may causethe jacks to collapse when in use.status: in january 1987, golden luck industries, a taiwan trading companywhere the subject jacks were made, went out of business. Since no othercomplaints have been received and only a small number of jacks have beensold during the last three years, it is recommended that this pe be closed.===
