Equipment Description: Galaxy 2000 Booster Seat With Bach (Model 961) And Galaxy 2000 Booster Seat (Model 960). These Seats Were Manufactured With DefeCTIve Polystyrene Backs And Cushions Which Were Not Subjected To Steam Pressure In The Molding Process For An Adequate Period Of Time Resulting In The Inner Polystyrene Beads Not Completely Bonding. These Seats Do Not Comply With Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213, “Child Restraint Systems.”
