Clore Automotive, Inc (Clore) Is Recalling Certain Charge It And Bluepoint (Snap-On) Battery Maintainers, Part Numbers 4410, 4420, And Eebm100. Mechanical Damage To A Capacitor Could Result In Decreased Resistance Between The Positive And Negative Leads Which May Lead To A Short Circuit.
