The Brake Shoe Welds On The Rear Brake Assemblies Where The Brake Shoe Web Joins The Brake Shoe Table Could Fail. Continued Usage Of The Brake Shoe Assembly With A Broken Weld Induces A Lessening Of Brake Effect And Could Result In Complete Loss Of Braking On The Side Of The Axle Where The Failure Occurred.
