Due To Manufacturing Issues, The Tread Or Innerliner May Separate From The Tire. As Such, These Tires Fail To Comply With The Requirements Of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 139, “New Pneumatic Radial Tires For Light Vehicles.”
