Defect Description For Recall
Piston Sticking In The Valve Can Occur Due To Exposure To High Concentrations Of Fluid Contaminants Which May Collect In The Braking System. As A Result, No Air Would Be Delivered To The Brake Chambers Supplied By The Anti-Lock Valve. Lack Of Air To The Air Chambers Will Result In A “No Brake” Condition On The Affected Axle. This Constitutes A Non-Compliance To Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 121, “Air Brake Systems”.
