Defect Description For Recall
Holland Hitch Coupler Assemblies Used For Towing Trailers To Move Industrial Materials On Highways And Non-Highway Applications. These Couplers Were Manufactured Between July 18, 2001, And June 18, 2002, Part Nos. Cp-400-H And Cp-400-Ca. The Nut And Bolt Combination Used On The Coupler Assembly Were Not Compatible And May Become Loose, Possibly Allowing The Tow Trailer To Detach From The Tow Vehicle.
