Honda Is Recalling Certain Model Year 2012 Nc700Xdc And Nc700Xc Motorcycles. Some Motorcycles May Be Equipped With Drive Chains That Contain Outer Drive Plates That Were Improperly Heat-Treated, Resulting In Plate Fracture During Use.
