The Handle Can Unexpectedly Move From The Intended Carrying Position, Causing The Seat To Suddenly Rotate. The Infant Could Suffer Serious Injuries.
Fix Defect
Owners Will Be Provided With A Free Repair Kit. Until The Repair Kit Has Been Installed, Do Not Carry The Seat By Its Carrying Handle, But By The Handles On The Head And Foot Of The Seat.
