Snap Pin Could Interfere With The Throttle Mechanism. If The Accelerator Pedal Is Heavily Depressed, The Throttle Could Become Stuck In The Open Position. Normally, When Accelerator Pedal Is Released, Throttle Closes And Vehicle Speed Decreases.
