The Polymer Used For The Housing In The Suspect Filters May Not Be Compatible With Xylene, Toulene, Mek, Ethanol And Other Chemicals Sometimes Found In Fuel Systems. Prolonged Exposure To Such Chemicals Can Result In The Degradation Of The Polymer Which, In Turn, Weakens The Filter Housing.

Owners Who Take Their Vehicles To An Authorized Dealer On An Agreed Upon Service Date And Do Not Receive The Free Remedy Within A Reasonable Time Should Contact ARVInmeritor Lva Customer Service At 800-637-0580.
