On Certain Transit Buses, Hydraulic Fluid Can Leak At The Flange Fitting Due To Improper Installation Procedures. Incorrect Installation Procedures May Cause Damage To The O-Ring Of The Flange Assembly, Compromising The Sealing Capability Of The O-Ring.
