Defect Description For Recall
Panther Is Recalling Certain Model Year 2008-2009 Motorcycles. These Motorcycles Fail To Conform With The Requirements Of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 122, “Motorcycle Brake Systems.” The Standard Requires A Strictly Mechanical Form Of Engagement Of A Motorcycle Parking Brake, Whereas The Parking Brake On These Motorcycles Relies In Part On Hydraulic Pressure.
