What the defect is
Bugatti is recalling one 2018 Chiron vehicle. One of the screws that fastens the front frame support may be loose.
What could happen
A loose frame support may reduce the vehicle's structural protection in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
What gets fixed
Bugatti recommends the car not be driven until the screws have been correctly tightened. A dealer will inspect the screws to the front frame support and tighten them as necessary, free of charge. The affected vehicle was repaired March 31, 2022.
