There May Be An Insufficient Permanent Lubrication In The Buckle/Release Mechanism Of The Type 2 Seat Belt Assemblies. This May Cause Front Seat Occupants To Have Difficulty In Fully Fastening Seat Belts, Although They May Seem To Be Fully Fastened.
