The Seat Belt Anchors For The Squad Bench Are Fastened To The Sidewall Of The Ambulance Body, Using 1/4-20 Self-Threading Machine Screws. In Some Cases, Incorrect Mounting Screws Were Installed. The Seat Belt Anchors Could Pull Free Of The Wall Mounting.
