This Binding Is Caused By Retractor Housing Deformation Which Occurred During Assembly. As A Result The Passengers Would Be Restrained Only By The Fully Extended Belt. This Fails To Comply With Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 208, “Occupant Crash ProteCTIon”.
