These Trailers May Have Incorrect Federal Certification Labels With Overstated Gross Axle Weight Ratings (Gawr) And/Or Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings (Gvwr). As Such, These Vehicles Fail To Comply With The Requirements Of 49 Cfr Part 567, “Certification.”
