This Requires The Air Tank Capacity To Be At Least Twelve Times As Large As The Brake Chamber Volume, To Provide Adequate Reserves For Situations Which May Require Repeated Brake Applications.

The Vehicles Involved Are Equipped With Passenger Seats Constructed With Padding That Will Burn At A Rate Exceeding The Standard Limit Of Four Inches Per Minute.
