Dealers Will Install New Front Steer Axle Tires And New Certification Label Stating The New Front Steer Axle Weight Rating. Owner Notification Began December 19, 2002. Owners Who Take Their Vehicles To An Authorized Dealer On An Agreed Upon Service Date And Do Not Receive The Free Remedy Within A Reasonable Time Should Contact Volvo Trucks At 1-800-528-6586.
