Vehicle Description: Buses Built On A Chevrolet Gmt 600 Cutaway Chassis With A Granning Tag Axle Added. When The Wheels Were Installed On The Tag Axle, The Retaining Ring That Goes Between The Wheel And The Lug Nuts Was Inadvertently Left Off.
