The Brake Pedal Linkage Is Attached To The Service Brake Valve Pushrod With A Clevis Pin. The Two Cotter Pins That Retain The Clevis Pin May Not Have Been Installed During Assembly.

Inspect The Brake Pedal Assembly And Install Cotter Pins To The Clevis Pin If They Are Missing.
