The Affected Vehicles Were Built With Taillight Clearance Lights With Lower Wattage Bulbs. As Such, The Vehicles Do Not Conform To Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (Fmvss) Number 108, “Lamps, RefleCTIve Devices, And Associated Equipment.”
