These Vehicles Are Equipped With Carlisle Hydraulic Brake Actuators. One Of The Rotating Components In The Hydraulic Brake Pump Missed A Heat Treating Operation Causing The Actuator To Wear At A Higher Than Normal Rate. As A Result, The Hydraulic Pump Could Fail And Result In A Loss Of Braking Ability In The Trailer.
