One Of The Rotating Components In The Hydraulic Pump For The Brake Actuator Missed A Heat Treating Operation Causing The Actuator To Wear At A Higher Than Normal Rate. As A Result, The Hydraulic Pump Could Fail And Result In A Loss Of Braking Ability In The Trailer.
