These Trailers Were Manufactured Without Rear-Facing Reflectors And Have Non-RefleCTIve Tail Lights. As Such, These Vehicles Fail To Comply With The Requirements Of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (Fmvss) Number 108, “Lamps, RefleCTIve Devices, And Associated Equipment.”
