The Self-Latching Mechanism Used To Retain The Seat Cushion To The Frame May Not Activate. Accordingly, These Seats Fail To Conform To The With The Requirements Of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 222, “School Bus Passenger Seating And Crash ProteCTIon.”
