Vehicle recall defect – Tegol, Inc. (Tegol) Is Recalling Certain Outlaw V-5 Series Helmets, In All Sizes. These Helmets May Not Adequately Protect The Wearer In The Event Of A Head Impact During A Motorcycle Crash. Additionally, The Helmets May Not Stay Secured To Head During A Motorcycle Crash. As Such, These Helmets Fail To Comply With The Requirements Of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (Fmvss) Number 218, “Motorcycle Helmets.”
