Vehicle recall defect – The Involved Vehicles Fail To Conform To Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 123, “Motorcycle Controls And Displays”. The Throttle Fails To Return To Idle When Released Due To Congealing Of Lubricants Used In The Throttle Cable.
