The Fuel Tank Cradle Supports May Have Gaps At The Points Where The Cradle Connects To The Coach Frame, Which Can Allow The Attachment Bolts To Loosen And Fail Causing The Fuel Tank To Fall From The Vehicle.

These Vehicles Were Manufactured Between October 31, 2003, Through April 10, 2013. On The Vehicles Involved, The Decals Explaining How To Open The Emergency Windows Does Not Contain A Step Required To Open The Window In Case Of An Emergency. Specifically, The Latch Must Be Held Down While The Window Is Pushed Outward To Release The Window; This Is Not Stated On The Decal.
