Vehicle recall defect – On Certain Motorcycles, When Equipped With A Windshield, The Throttle Cables Can Kink At The Guide Bracket Located At The Steering Head When The Handlebar Is Turned All The Way To The Left. In This Position, A Kinked Cable Can Cause Either A Stickly Throttle Feeling Or Prevent The Throttle From Returning To The Closed Position.
