When The Switch Has Been Activated To Raise The Window, If Something, Such As A Finger, Is Between The Window Glass And The Window Frame, The Switch Will Not Auto-Reverse To Prevent An Injury. As Such, These Vehicles Fail To Comply With The Requirements Of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (Fmvss) Number 118, “Power-Operated Window Systems.”
